HDorre's Build v2 - AB, Singer, Sundown, Nendo, etc..

So, about a week ago.. I noticed that my car sounded like a Honda whenever I accelerated.. No matter the RPM.. But above 5k.. Wow... LOL

Anyway, I put my car up on my boy's lift. We took a look, and my front flex pipe was leaking.

This was a bit of a pain because I got my original flex pipe started leaking like a yr and a half ago, so I got an aftermarket down pipe.



Top is OEM, bottom is 3SX. You can see what broke..

So I went to an exhaust shop yesterday to get this fixed.



The guy told me that a clogged cat could be causing that. I thought about it for a second, and it sorta made sense. Maybe the heat could be eating up the flex section.

So, he replaced the flex pipe, and we removed a little restriction

For what I did, Im happy :good: Catback will come at some point and time.. After lowering.

As some of you know, i had my old tweets in their factory location in the dash. They're going in my a pillars now, so i can't just leave a hole in my dash..

you have the patience of a god! i tried glassing once... once a long time ago. my buddy and i were gonna do 3 10s. well we built the sides of the box got some fleece stretched it over laid the glass... 2 hours later of just sanding i called a few more buds and ended up paying them to sand.
we did get a Lil crazy with the design but still that's made Me always shy away from glass!

so for you to do that in a night... your my hero!

Now, when I shipped the doors out.. I expected him to fill them, sand and paint.

But no! That fucker went behind my back!! He did what I expected, but he also FORMED the doors

Just a note, he's still doing another layer of filler on the doors..

Ill clean up the baffles more tomm. I was in a slight rush to hurry up before a thunderstorm!

The "100.4" (at 12.8 volts) is made by Populus Audio. They're a brand new company.. but use Zenon boards, and a friend owns it. Between the price, testing numbers, and claimed numbers.. I simply couldn't say no LOL
