AJ i want pics when you get it and figure you get a little while to keep 1400 on it and break it in on low power before fully letting that thing go. I cant wait to hear and see it on the 2nd.

The 1800+w rms and 2400+w dynamic power.will be enough at first. i say plus because it will be at .5ohms.
but when i get it I'll be sending pics don't worry about that!
by the meet after This i should have both amps ready to go and start breaking my car apart

Sub looks nice, hope it works out for you. Been reading lots of nightmare stories of CT amps and subs....China built stuff.....not Korean like many other companies. And there is a big difference in quality, but the sub looks beefy. TI baskets on any sub look shmexy.

allot of that hear say stuff is kids just getting a Lil info and running away with it. i know of one confirmed 1400.1 going up. but who knows what that kid
did. aanother kid blew 2 3000.1s but his lugs on his sub were touching. the only real issue I've heard with there amps Is the 7000.1 but every vid i see on them kids are running them at like .02 ohms and shit. but still only 3 have failed. ct only has less then a 3% failure rate. and there subs... I've seen so many vids from my dealer.abusing them there damn near bullet proof. he took the strato 12 on 2000w rms free air and it lasted almost the entire ti beat pound song. the RF p3 lasted 20seconds.
and that whole Coleman getting sued is a load of bs! the business guy Mr Kim is pissed at Coleman because he wanted to make changes to the amps And Coleman said no And he's now using a different build house. but this mr Kim jackoff is running around saying Coleman screwed him. if anyone has done any actual research they would see that Mr Kim has done many times in the past. but like i said kids hear shit on Facebook and take it as fact then spread hate. i guess they don't want to see a young kid and a booming audio company succeed.
all of this is rumors and people trying to be the smartest one in the room. truth is if they took 5 mins to actually look up this info they would realize it's just shit.
my first ct amp hasn't had one issue inalmost a year and it's been abused. my oother 1400.1 did have to go back for a repair tho. it wasnt turning off. not sure why but I'm getting a new amp and it didn't cost me one red cent.
so i can't wait for Tylor, Casey, or Coleman him self to come out and set it straight. just to watch all these kids back pedal there stories!

You need to read up on other forums, much more going on that you think. Very very reputable people including some reps for ct are unhappy for things I'm not getting into. Trust me I keep up with what's going on, it's just not my place to comment bc I don't know first hand or deal with ct nor will I ever. Hes getting sued bc he hasn't paid for the amps in full that he contracted to buy. Yet Coleman gave amps out without getting full payment for them to customers. And it's more than just a "few" ct amps crapping out. I know and keep contact in the regular with 5 people that fully know what they are doing and Amps are smoking out, turning on going into protect instantly and not coming out of protect. It's not just "kids" saying stuff. Facebook isn't the only source and I am not a member of Facebook. I hope they get things straightened out....but sometimes it's stuff like this that brings the fate of a new company to an end. And Kim's stuff isn't korean, it's all China made stuff.....that's why CT and DD,AQ, Sundown, American Bass, and many others are more expensive vs CT stuff. Korean built vs China built.

i just reread my post, sorry if you thought that rant was directed towards you because it wasnt. but my dealer a ct rep was contacted by mr kim. Mr Kim was trying to sell him amps. my guy asked why and after 3 days of email and calls he never got a straight answer. all my guy did was ask for a Lil proof that Coleman didn't pay and why he should buy from.mr Kim directly. I'm sure there is something going on... and the amps going up is prolly the reason Coleman ditched him and went with a new build house.
and if i was mr Kim and had $180,000 bucks worth of debt/ product I'd be more then happy to show proof so i could sell those amps and.get my money back!also my guy has sold 1,785 amps since last year.... 4 have came back including mine. not one of them caught on fire. and far as amps going down the drain worse cacase you.have to wait a week to get a new one.
but in all honestly doesn't it seem strange that 2 years into this now this guy is claiming wasnt paid and Coleman switched build houses right when all these amps started fucking up?
seems to me Coleman got sick of his shit and bad product Told him to fuck off And this terrible business man is trying a desperate attempt to get something out of it.
i wish Coleman the best! i mean a 23 year old kid trying to run his own car audio company. i mean isn't that the dream? i know it's mine!

i cant stress enough how heavy that sub Is... might need to rent a crane to load it! I'll have everything installed and ready to go tomorrow after work. moved from 6am to... hold on...1:13am and I'm tired! but I'll install after work. also my rear deck lid has a terrible rattle so if that stops it I'll.be shocked!
oh and trying to find a passenger side mid/tweet intime for the show. they finally went.
also any one gonna have a dd1 there?

well the sub is in the box. ran out of daylight so no power to it yet. and it's to big to invert... it won't spin in the trunk. so it's normal until i feel like breaking the saw back out. but tomorrow when i wake up I'll make all the connections. the hard part is done but need good lighting to do the important stuff. let Me know about the tweet when we meet up. and it would be sweet if i can get a dd1 real quick.

as most of you know/heard the sub is up and running. i swear its getting louder every day! at almost full Tilt i have very little drop. but while parking its pretty bad!
still waiting on word from ups about The second amp.
and to give you An idea how heavy the sub is, i bought 2 L brackets to keep it in place. well i got a Lil pissed in traffic And made a hard turn And snapped both brackets! so i went and got some bigger ones. I'll try and post some vids soon guys, just been so busy!

We know about heavy subs brotha  my Dd 9518 and Zv4 18....75-80lbs....nightshade 70+. But single beefy sub is the way to go. Wish I could have been there at the last meet to hear it :/. I downgraded sub size and took out my DC m2 xl 15 bc it was too much for my car lol so now back to a single 12" sundown x12 but still on my 2500 |

really the dc is gone? that kinda sucks. but at the same time I'm pumped because I've never heard a x.
i really think you should get a bunch of 8s or a few tens in a forth in that trunk!
4 beefy 8s in a forth or sixth would be nasty!
i still can't believe it snapped those brackets! but this thing is hitting super low. i can play down in the mid 20s with great feeling And still get into the lower 50s with decent snap. i think its because my ski hole and position of my box is turning my trunk into a 6th order. I've never had a box tuned so low play that high before. sometimes its better to be lucky then good.
and talk about luck the guys that were there seen how very (very) little rattle i have. only a little muffler rattle but I'll.fix that.
