Aj Ti basket is the style of the basket. TC sounds made these baskets popular, now Tantric, Shok, Fi, and many other use this style basket and its dope  And Aj do you have the sub phase adjusted for you having the sub inverted? Usually the amp will have a phase 0-180 adjustment and you will want it at the 180 position. if not i believe you actually wire the sub in reverse polarity bc the sub when reversed needs to hit the opposite way then if it was mounted the regular way in a box. |

you do know I've been doing this for 14years right? have almost 300 installs...
yes i changed the phase. i did it from the amp not the terms

Eclipse titanium used the same basket. But they were made by TC sounds. TC was a great company but got in a lot of trouble. They were way ahead of the competition back then. They were based out of San Diego when I lived there.

I've always been into the electrical part and install part of this. only in the last year did i really take a interest in how the subs work and the enclosures.

But you've been doing this as long as I have? I've lost count on how many I've actually done......but I'll bet I haven't done 300+ so I was just asking a simple question bc a lot of people don't realize what that feature is for. Not saying you didn't know so no reason to get all up in arms.

sarcasm doesn't carry over well threw posts... i tried.
but yea theres only a few things i don't know. and that's the style of subs, platforms they've used.
never paid much attention until now.
i was just about the install for the longest time something about running wires is like therapy to me. there's only one thing i like more then running wire...and I've been trying to get my girl to combine them for years Now!

what's up fellas? I'm back.
i have all.my amps back and everything is working.
I've had my amps for a while but had some issues.
anyway I'll post my updated pics tomorrow. glad to be back in the swing of things!

 pained the one amp, the flipped one will be red instead of white. also got new 6 0g input battery blocks for the rear battery. they will be installed when it gets a Lil warmer. can't wait to meet up with everyone sometime Soon. |

just rusto rattle can, looks much better in person. my phone is 2 years old and the camera has so many scratches on it.
but the system is coming along nicely....finally!

sense i had to pull the amp to install my new terminals i figured I'd go the extra mile and make it a lil sexier.  took a while and had to use a toothpick to cut the tape around it, but totally worth it. now i just need a coat or 2 of clear and that amp is done. |
