AJ, I'm running a pair of lvl 4s.
Mod, I got an XP2000, and some RCAs. That's it for now. In the future, I'd like to replace my starter batt with a D3400 or D2400. But my C&Ds are both still healthy.. So I'm in no rush.
I might sell the batt I'm replacing in the back.. Nothing is set in stone lol
I have to get wire measurements when I get back home tomm. The wire is SHCA and Knu though.

so your keeping the same subs as the first And only time we've met. : (
i just wasnt sure. i talk to so many people with All kinds of gear it's hard to keep track. speaking of bats I'm desperately trying to sell my rs box and.Memphis amp for cheap. so i can get 3 kinetic 1800s. seems like everyone is as poor as me! Lol

Aj, that die-hard agm you have in ur trunk....is that a platinum? Bc in all honesty you are better off with the die-hard agm batts vs going with kinetik 1800's. Many tests have been done and most of the time even vs die-hard, c&d, odessey, and some others that can be bought at local auto stores have came out with better results than the Kinetik. And possibly cheaper too

Yes, I'm staying with 4s for now. The plan is to upgrade to Mayhems, Zv4s, or HDDs.. Along with a bigger Populus amp. Not the 6500.. But there's something in the works. I don't think I'm allowed to talk much about it.
Ohh.. I was gonna say the same thing about Kinetik lol

Hdorre I think you would be very happy with the output/performance of the Zv4 line. To this day it's my favorite line up I've used....also a big fan of these X's too

well i got the die hard for free from my grandfather. it was used to power his 5 Wheeler. it's huge! but i can get 3 K 1800s for $300 there only a few months old. i would never buy new xs,stinger,or kinetic bats. but 3 decent bats for $300 should support my gear fine. if not for that price i could resell.

Update time! Without my smoked plate cover (got warnings), my plate stuck out like a sore thumb. Here are 2 older pics of my car.. IMHO, it's ugly. So.. I had to improvise. Here's what I came up with. It looks.. Meh.. To say the least, but it also took me like 3 minutes. I want to move it right some more, and maybe angle it more.. But here's how she currently sits: Although it's rough, it looks better from a distance in my opinion.

Ugh, I can't stand it! Not only are they ugly.. But plates are big. They're hard to hide! Another update.. I'll leave these here. Goal is to be on primer later tonight. My hands are shot for now.

I finished my plate relocation. With a pair of 1.5" Corner brackets, #10 sheet metal screws, #10 bolts and nuts, and my drill.. It's done. Only look like 5-10 mins. No, I did not drill into my bumper. I drilled into my crash bar on the bottom.

AJ, I remounted the plate. It's centered, but mostly in my bumpers "mouth" lol I may bend it partially to fit the whole thing inside. I cant wait to hear this mofo! Lol.. Me either. I just finished with the ports, and installed them, with the subs. I'm soo close!! Doors are almost done too.. Shit, 3 more days until they're shipped back?

I'm back in Albany!!
I've been insanely busy, but here's an overdue update..
I got the subs playing last Saturday morning.
All amps turn on, along with the 3sixty. All channels have output too. Woot!
My doors/pillars aren't done, so I'm just using the factory rear speakers for the time being.
Now, with these (2) 3" ports.. There's ZERO port noise. Whereas, the single 4" port had noise.
From 32hz up, it pounds. The mid 30s - mid 40s straight up SLAM!
I'm tuned to 35ish hz, and am strong down to 32. I can play 30 and 31, but it's quiet. Under that, it straight up unloads.
My box designer and I figured this would happen though. I would extend my port, but they're as long as they can be.
My only other solution is removing the 1/2" wood I added to the inside of my box. I added 4 layers to shrink my box.. But may take out a sheet or two to lower tuning. I just hope that the internal volume doesn't raise too much.
I still need to overview my box sketch sheet and specs that I drew up when I built it. All should be good though. Meh, I don't have many songs under 30hz. Ill test, and test.. I guess.
Now.. Voltage story.. Well.. Fuck. Lol. For the FIRST and one of the few times, I was able to get my voltage under 13.7 at idle.
Makes me want to throw in the 2nd 3500 now lmao
But I have solid plans for the future. I have 2 plans.
