I also have the jasper router jig. I may eventually step up and get the toolmaker aluminum jig.

Oh it sure does. I love toolmakers work and all but I can see any reason to buy his when I got my jasper. Yes his does smaller holes but I also prefer hole saws at the smaller diameters anyhow.

Longevity, the Jasper works great if its for occasional use but can wear out. For long term the TM will never fail.

The toolmaker unit looks nice.. But I have to agree with Mod. The only holes/circles I've made in the past were for tweets, mids, aero ports, and subs. For anything smaller than my mids, I use a hole saw. Thats just me though. I dont see a reason to upgrade.
However, with that being said.. If I didnt have Leos jasper to borrow, I wouldve considered buying a ToolMaker jig.

A buddy owns a ton of D'Amore tools, and a month back we were semi-joking around about me borrowing the IM-SG to confirm my exact box volume and box tuning. Well, I got word that he shipped it. www.damoreengineering.com/im-sg.html

Double or triple baffle? Will keep my eyes open for the pictures. Double baffle. The corners will have steel in the inside, and a generous amount of layers of glass and mat. The baffle is 43" wide, and the port is 27.5" wide externally. The baffle is ~28" tall, and the port comes down like 6" if you count the wood externally. As a result, that'll brace the baffle quite a bit. On top of that, a buddy is making these for me to go between the subs.. Just like for his van I was a bit unsure at first.. until he mentioned how his Silverado wall (4 lvl 5 15s on 4 Crescendo 3500s at .5 per) was only a double baffle but was braced well. Wow... Talk about rambling haha.. Anyway, its a double baffle LOL

Wow. You got this shit pretty well planned. What are you bracing from between subs to the cars floor?
