You spray foaming or anything in the smaller gaps behind them 2x4s and such to get that full sealed trunk? I have 3 cans of Great Stuff I dont know exactly WHERE ill be spraying it yet.. other than the headliner, but well see. One way or another, the cabin will be fully sealed off.

Damn, was removing this old box a bitch.. Took me like 3 hrs :/ Here are most of the tools that helped Moving on, heres a photo midway though the day Finally, the back is done.. Wiring is obviously only temporary for now, as is 3sixty placement. Where the 4ch is in the above pic is where it'll be, all said and done. The other 3500 will be added under the existing 3500. As for the 3Sixty.. Im thinking of putting that somewhere up front.

The baffle and front trim panels will most likely be wrapped in vinyl, the same color as my interior. Im unsure about the back of the box and false floor though LOL Thanks Mod

So, I drove my friend to Walmart this afternoon.. I didnt need to buy anything, and I figured that I put off measuring inside my wall enough.. so decided not to make any more excuses. So, here I am.. In the Walmart parking lot, in positions I've never been in before to get my gross volume. After I got those dims.. I did some talking with some different people.. One loud, one quiet.. Sean from EMF and Fickling.. Ill let you guess who is who ANYHOW, I got my port area decided.. and an EXCELLENT.. Like, borderline definite idea on net volume and tuning..

Are you getting some EMF subs? They are nice. I may go that route down the road or wait for the AA SMD v2 18s.

Last night.. On the way to dinner, I finally took it off  Now, lets fast forward to today.. I got almost all the 90deg bracing in. The brackets are held in by Spax #10 screws and PL Premium Pass Bottom Drivers bottom Pass Top Drivers Top Pass Corner Drivers Corner Little Gap Back of Box Yes, thats another 5/8" Bolt lol In the hole "under" it, there will be another one. I would center it, but the bolt threads may have touched under the car :/

Welp, I spent Monday and today fixing some fuckups...err... mistakes.. Redid the center piece and 2 side pieces. I can say that Im MUCH happier.. For the side pieces, I redid the 2x4s behind it. What a difference... Finished the port.. I dont wanna hear shit about the burnt wood. Yes, I know the blade got hot.. Also, got the 2 baffles on. My god, did putting on the 2nd one make a difference.. Night and day.. Like, you couldn't mistake it.
